AHS Registration Days 2020

AHS Registration Days is right around the corner, and due to the continued school closures, registration is going to look somewhat different this year. Some of the registration process has been moved to an online format, while other essential steps will still occur on campus. The on-campus portion of registration will be on the following days:


Seniors: Wednesday, August 5th 8am-3pm

Juniors: Thursday, August 6th 8am-3pm

Sophomores: Friday, August 7th 8am-3pm

Freshman: Monday, August 10th 8am-3pm

Make-Up Day: Tuesday, August 11th 8am-12pm


STEP 1:

To begin the registration process we ask that you start by visiting the following link to make all necessary purchases for the 2020-2021 school year.

STEP 2:

Please visit the google form at the following link, fill out the required information, and select an appointment time for your on-campus portion of the registration process.

STEP 3:

Most importantly, you will be receiving a PIN number via US Mail next week. Please use this pin number and fill out the required Arcadia Unified School District Annual Notification To Parents (ANTP) form. THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO ATTENDING THE ON-SITE PORTION OF REGISTRATION.


Once this form is complete you will receive a confirmation email from AHS confirming your appointment time (this email will not be sent instantly, please provide time to receive the confirmation). That email will also include a PDF containing your student number and name. Please print the PDF and bring it to your appointment time.


The on campus portion of registration will include taking your photograph, receiving your class list, and receiving your textbooks. Please report directly to the attendance window in the Administration Building at your specific appointment time.


Since many of our support organizations will not be able to be on campus this year during registration, we will be setting up a website with important information from these organizations. Be on the lookout for an email with a link to this site.


Safety is our highest concern during the on-site portion of registration. We have adjusted the schedule to ensure social distancing during the process. Please help us stay safe. Masks and social distancing are required at all times.

AHS Registration Days 2020: Day of Instructions/Map

Introduction:

Please see the following information regarding the process during AHS Registration Days. In order to maintain social distancing, it is imperative that you show up at your designated appointment time. Practicing social distancing and wearing a mask is required at all times during the registrations process.

Arrival:

Parents and students who self drive please park in the PAC lot. Parents please wait in your vehicle as your student goes through the process. From the PAC lot walk north onto the Campus Dr. sidewalk and go west toward the AHS Administration building. The entrance to registration will be at the gate near the marquee.


Stations:

There will be three stations during registration:

Station 1 - Check In - Attendance Windows

Station 2 - Student Photos - North Gym (CANCELLED-Refunds will be issued by LifeTouch and will take approximately 3-4 weeks.)

Station 3 - Class List and Textbook Distribution - Library

You must visit each station in this order.


Exit:

Once you receive your class list and your textbooks, exit campus through the vehicle gate by the PAC into the PAC Lot. It's crucial that you immediately exit the lot in your vehicle so spots open for future appointments.
