Arcadia High School Executive Council October 13, 2009 The Executive Council was called to order by Leah Wong in C1 at 11:27 AM. Fund Transfer Consent Calendar M(Tsai), S(Chung), C(24-0-0) that Executive Council approve the Fund Transfer Consent Calendar of October 13, 2009. C. P.O Consent M(Tsai), S(Wang), C(24-0-0) that Executive Council approve the P.O Consent of October 13, 2009. D. Activity Request Calendar M(Pang), S(Chen,C), C(24-0-0) that Executive Council approve the Activity Request Calendar of October 13, 2009. E. Late Activity – Diamond Club (Baseball) M(Pang), S(Chen,C), C(24-0-0) that Executive Council approve the late activity request for Diamond Club’s Christmas Tree Fundraiser of October 14,2009 to November 8, 2009. F. Club Removals M(Lee,M), S(Irvin), C(24-0-0) that Executive Council remove the following clubs from the roster and transfer their accounts to ASB General Account: Armenian Club, Biology For All, and Junior Civitan. G. Club Chartering of Atheism Club M(Lee,M), S(Chen,H), F(0-24-0) that Executive Council charter the club, Atheism Club. OFFICER REPORTS: ASB Treasurer (Tsai) – “ASB had $16,636.77CR at the beginning of August 2009. At the beginning of September, which was the second day of school, the ASB account went up to $25,416.77CR from unknown revenues. As of October 06,2009, the ending balance is $23,513.38CR with most of the revenues from selling spirit shirts and recycling. A total of $5,389.63 has been paid out of the account mainly for reimbursements and initial cost of buying the spirit shirts.” ANNOUNCEMENTS: None Meeting Adjourned by Leah Wong at 11:44 AM.
